"Players that have some good ingredients," Rays president of baseball operations Erik Neander said of the newcomers, according to MLB.com. "Excited to bring them in and see what happens."

Brujan, 25, was among the leading prospects in the game early in his professional career but has been a disappointment since then. He has hit just .157 with a .218 on-base percentage and a .221 slugging percentage in 272 major league plate appearances over the past three years.

Faucher, 28, made a combined 39 appearances (four starts) for the Rays over the past two seasons. In 2023, he went 1-1 with a 7.01 ERA in 17 outings, including the four starts. He has a career mark of 3-4 with a 6.32 ERA.

Lara, whom the Marlins signed out of the Dominican Republic in January, played for Miami's Dominican Summer League team and had a slash line of .305/.416/.445. He drove in 32 runs in 34 games.

Lindsey was selected by Miami in the fifth round of this year's draft out of the University of Tennessee. He made two minor league starts in 2023, going 0-1 with an 8.31 ERA at the rookie level.
